My approach is integrative and relational, drawing on my training in humanistic therapies in order to support you in the best way possible. I have a background in the arts and my approach includes using creative therapies such as sandplay or other art materials if this is something you might be interested in exploring. Working with creative arts alongside talking therapy can be effective in finding or deepening a connection to the self.
I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor, and I am currently offering both in-person and online sessions.
I work in private practice in Lewisham/Blackheath, London SE13.
I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgemental therapeutic space for you to explore in confidence whatever it is that has brought you to therapy. Through establishing a warm, collaborative relationship, I can support you to address the issues you are facing, helping you to feel more able to trust yourself. Working together in this way will allow you to begin the process of change.
I have an MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and am a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA). I also have a Postgraduate Certificate in Counselling using the Arts.
I have worked with clients presenting with a range of issues, and from a range of cultural and ethnic backgrounds. I also co-facilitate creative therapeutic groups. To find out more about how I might be able to help you, or to book an initial session, please contact me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
