My Approach

Finding the right therapist can feel daunting, especially when you are already dealing with daily pressures. My practice is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through genuine human connection, curiosity and a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship.

My integrative background means I bring together conversational, collaborative, and creative ways of working. I look at you as a whole person—mind, body, and life context—helping you explore immediate concerns as well as deeper questions of meaning, purpose, and identity. Rather than expecting you to fit into a rigid therapeutic framework, I adapt our sessions to suit your individual personality, history and goals.

My approach focuses on three core elements:

Working Together: Grounded in empathy and warmth, we work collaboratively to help you feel supported, understood and emotionally resilient.

Understanding Patterns: By exploring recurring thoughts, behaviours, and relationship dynamics—including those beneath the surface—we can bring awareness to what might be holding you back.

Balancing Depth and Practicality: Whether you want to reflect on past experiences or need practical tools to navigate current challenges, we focus on what meaningfully supports your well-being.

I believe every individual possesses the inner capacity to heal, adapt and grow. My role is to help you build self-awareness, make choices that align with your values and enhance your overall quality of life.

About Me

UKCP accredited psychotherapist offering in-person therapy in W2 (Little Venice, Maida Vale, Paddington), online and telephone. I specialise in adult individual and couples therapy for anxiety, depression, workplace stress, executive burnout, trauma, and relationship issues.

With over 25 years of clinical experience, I offer a warm, safe, and confidential space to explore whatever brings you to therapy—whether you are facing a specific crisis, navigating a major life transition, or seeking deeper self-reflection.

As an integrative therapist, I combine different therapeutic theories and techniques rather than adhering strictly to a single model. This allows me to tailor our work specifically to your unique needs, helping you build resilience, gain insight, and make sense of your experiences.

In addition to my clinical practice, I have over 30 years of background in business, management, and executive coaching. This gives me a practical, real-world understanding of workplace dynamics, executive burnout, and the balance between professional pressure and personal well-being.

I offer both short-term focused therapy and open-ended, long-term support. I warmly welcome clients from all backgrounds, cultures and identities in an inclusive, respectful environment.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

Persistent worry, overthinking or feeling on edge can be physically and mentally draining. I offer a supportive, practical space to help you understand the root causes of your anxiety, break cycles of stress and build lasting emotional calm and resilience.
Loss comes in many forms—from losing a loved one to navigating major life changes, career shifts or health challenges. I provide a steady, compassionate environment to process grief, adapt to life transitions and move forward at your own pace.
Feeling low, exhausted or disconnected from your life often makes daily responsibilities feel overwhelming. Together, we explore the underlying emotional and contextual causes of low mood, helping you restore a sense of meaning, energy and self-compassion.
Drawing on 30+ years of experience in business and executive coaching alongside my clinical practice, I assist professionals and executives dealing with high-pressure work environments, workplace dynamics, burnout and balancing career pressures with personal well-being.
Navigating communication breakdowns, recurring conflict or patterns of disconnection can feel painful and isolating. Working with both individual clients and couples, I help you understand relational dynamics, rebuild trust and develop healthier ways of connecting.
