I offer integrative, trauma-informed psychotherapy, blending relational depth with body-based (somatic) and transpersonal approaches. My focus is on creating a warm, steady, and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe enough to explore what you’re carrying.
We will work collaboratively, at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we will make sense of difficult patterns, listen to what your nervous system is holding, and gently reconnect with your own capacity for healing and wholeness. This is a space for all of you — your past, your present, and the future you hope to create.
I’m Jamila, a UKCP-registered psychotherapist working with adults online and in-person in London (W2). I specialise in supporting people navigating anxiety, chronic pain, relational trauma, and grief.
Many of my clients are functioning well on the outside, but privately struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, or a feeling of being stuck. My work is particularly suited to sensitive, introspective people who feel they can’t just “think” their way better. Being trauma-informed means I prioritise creating a safe, validating space where you can explore difficult feelings without being rushed or judged.
The next step is to book a free, no-obligation 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit. Please email me to arrange this.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
