About Me

As an integrative psychotherapeutic therapist, I use a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor our work together to suit you and your individual needs. At the heart of my work is our relationship — I believe that feeling safe, understood, and supported is essential for meaningful and lasting change.
We’ll begin wherever you are, talking about what’s going on in your life and how it’s affecting you and the people around you. Together, we’ll gently explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns of behaviour, helping you build a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.
Along the way, we can work through difficult experiences, identify areas of your life you’d like to change, and support you in moving toward the life you want for yourself.

My Approach

I provide counselling for a wide range of mental health concerns, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, addiction, difficulties around sexuality, relationships, and work-related stress. I also offer specialist support to individuals navigating pregnancy, childbirth, all forms of pregnancy loss, fertility challenges, bereavement, and trauma.
People come to counselling for many different reasons, and everyone’s story is unique. You might have noticed patterns in your life that no longer feel helpful, or that are causing pain for you or for the people around you. You may be carrying big feelings like anger, shame, guilt, sadness, or loneliness, and finding that they’re starting to affect your day-to-day life or keep you feeling stuck.
You don’t have to work through this on your own.
As an integrative therapist, I offer a supportive space where we can gently explore what’s going on for you and find ways forward that feel healthier and more hopeful, at a pace that feels right for you.
