My Approach

My way of working is relational and integrative, meaning I draw on different therapeutic approaches to shape our sessions around what feels most helpful for you.
I have over eighteen years of clinical experience working with people experiencing anxiety, stress and pressure, relationship difficulties, and times of transition, loss, or bereavement. I also bring considerable experience of working with people living with complex health issues, fertility challenges, pregnancy, and childbirth, as well as those impacted by trauma or periods of disconnection.

About Me

I offer a welcoming, supportive space where you can talk openly. People often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain, or at a point of change or loss in their lives. Together, we can take time to understand what you’re experiencing now, what may be contributing to it, and what feels possible moving forward.
I see therapy as a place to recognise that struggle is part of the human experience. Your questions, uncertainties, and challenges are not signs that something is wrong with you, but invitations to explore your life with curiosity and compassion. We would work together to make sense of your experiences, reconnect with yourself and others, and move towards a greater sense of ease and meaning in your life.
You can find more about my approach, background, and client testimonials from my website link.
