I offer person-centred therapy, which means I trust that you are the expert in your own life and I work alongside you to create the meaningful change that you need. Rather than working on one “problem” in isolation, I work with the whole unique person, within a space where you are welcomed and understood.
I’m a person-centred psychotherapist (MSc). Alongside my general psychotherapy work, I specialise in working with musicians/music lovers, and LGBTQ+ people. I've previously worked at Mind, in an NHS hospice, and in a university student support service, working with people aged 18 to 80 from all kinds of backgrounds.
I am also a qualified Music Psychologist (MA Hons) so when words aren't enough, I use music as a therapeutic aid for people who listen and connect with music in their daily life.
Finding the right therapist matters, that's why I offer a free introductory meeting so you can see whether I’d be a good fit for you.
