Gardening (working professionally for 30 years) has taught me that the easiest, most productive process is to work co-operatively with nature. I've become passionate too about composting, through years of seeing how thrillingly life thrives in well-tended ground.
I see parallels with life and psychotherapy, with how we recycle experience into personality and the ways obstructions and imbalances can occur in the processes and how they can be helped along.
I've learned also that people, like gardens and eco-systems, are fascinatingly various, uniquely vital, diversely beautiful.
