My Approach

I offer a gentle, welcoming space where you can bring whatever you’re carrying and feel met with understanding rather than judgement. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin to make sense of your inner world.

Together, we’ll explore the experiences, choices, and patterns that may be shaping your life especially the ones that leave you feeling stuck or alone with things. I work collaboratively and with care, helping you connect more deeply to yourself so that change can unfold in both body and mind.

My aim is to support you in finding new, kinder ways of relating to yourself and more grounded, authentic ways of relating to others.

I also integrate additional modalities into my practice, including Attachment-Based ISTDP, body psychotherapy, movement work, breathwork, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems. Together, we can gently explore what the body is holding, how you relate to your body, and how we can cultivate a deeper, more compassionate connection to yourself, both physically and emotionally.

I believe each person carries a unique and unfolding story, shaped by your experiences, your patterns, your personality, and the ways you’ve learned to relate to yourself, to others, and to the world around you. In integrative psychotherapy, we take time to wander through these different aspects, these parts of you, with curiosity and gentleness. Together, we can pause, notice, and reflect on what is happening inside, allowing space for questions, insights, and new understandings to emerge.

People find their way to therapy for many reasons, often at moments when life feels tender, confusing, or in transition. When there are ruptures in relationships, life transitions, illness or bereavement. Whatever has brought you here, my practice offers a warm and supportive space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace, find clarity, and grow in ways that feel meaningful and true to you.

I work with individuals from a range of backgrounds and sexual orientation, all with their own unique history that deserves a chance to be fully understood and explored. I am experienced in working with a wide range of issues including relationship and parenting difficulties, anxiety and phobias, depression, the impact of trauma and abuse, loss and bereavement.

About Me

I am an experienced, qualified, Registered Member of the BACP and a UKCP accredited 'Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist'. My private practice is based in North London, Stoke Newington/Highbury/Finsbury Park area.

I began my training in 2006 in the Person‑Centred approach to counselling, which formed the foundation of my therapeutic work. From there, I went on to complete further trainings in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy in Oxford, and later continued my development at the Minster Centre in London, studying Advanced Clinical Practice in Integrative Psychotherapy. This comprehensive training was rooted in attachment theory and contemporary relational psychoanalysis.
I receive regular clinical supervision and ongoing training to support and deepen my therapeutic work. I have a growing interest in ecotherapy, and I’ve been part of a group of psychotherapists meeting regularly in London led by Dr Graham Music, exploring the body, trauma, and embodied practice. I am currently training in 'Advanced Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Psychotherapy' with NAOS.

I’m also a member of the Oxford Therapy Service, a community of counsellors and psychotherapists offering a wide range of therapeutic support and training across Oxfordshire. Being part of this network enriches my practice and keeps me connected to thoughtful, collaborative clinical work.

I began my career working within NGOs and Local Government, where I facilitated group work and delivered training. Over the years, I trained and practiced in Mediation, Restorative Justice, and Family Group Conferencing, supporting people through complex relational and community challenges.

I now run a private practice in North London, where I offer therapy and continue to facilitate group work, bringing together my experience in dialogue, relationship‑building, and compassionate support.
