I believe healing starts with feeling heard. I support people navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, low self-esteem, and life-changing experiences, including a cancer diagnosis, with warmth, empathy, and understanding.
Are you overwhelmed by anxiety, ADHD, panic, low self-esteem, sadness, or going through a tough life event, like grief, divorce, financial stress, redundancy, or a cancer diagnosis, you're not alone. I offer an open and supportive space to talk, feel, and grow. Together, we can work through it. When you're ready, I'm here to walk beside you.
You thought things would feel easier by the time you reached this age. Maybe life wasn't supposed to be this hard. You figured you'd feel more settled, more confident, more in control. But instead, something just feels… off. You're tired. Anxious. Like you're stuck, and no matter what you do, it's hard to move forward. You know you want more from life, you know you're capable of more, but it's hard to explain. You might feel disconnected from yourself or the people around you. Maybe your relationships are struggling, or you just don’t feel like yourself anymore. You're not alone. I'm here for you if you decide to reach out.
I work with people who are going through really difficult times, those who feel overwhelmed, burned out, anxious, or in emotional pain. You might be trying to hold everything together, or dealing with big life changes like a recent cancer diagnosis, ADHD, anxiety, or trauma, and simply trying to get through each day.
Therapy is something we do together. It’s a space where you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I bring care, honesty, and support and I offer a space where you can reconnect with yourself and start to feel more like you again. I’ve been there too, and I know how much it can mean to have someone walk beside you.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
