I believe that every person has an innate capacity for growth, healing, and transformation. My work is rooted in a deep respect for the human experience in all its complexity, blending talking therapy with somatic, creative, and embodied practices to support meaningful change. I see therapy as a collaborative journey — one in which you are supported, heard, and gently encouraged to step into new possibilities.
With over 20 years of training and experience, I offer a therapeutic space that is warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental, yet also gently challenging when it serves your growth. My integrative approach means I draw on a range of therapeutic traditions and tailor each session to meet your individual needs. I have done many extra trainings in Psychotherapeutic methods which enhances what I can offer you.
I am a qualified Psychotherapist with over 20 years experience. I am accredited with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), holding an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy from Regent’s College, London. My specialist training includes creative arts therapies, (Vital Development® Facilitator of movement), Source Breathwork , trauma work, and working with neurological impairments.
I also hold a BSc in Management Studies, which gives me insight into the challenges of professional and organisational life.
I work within the UKCP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I hold full professional indemnity insurance. I continue to attend courses and ongoing learning.
I am accredited with Bupa and AXA healthcare insurers.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
