My Approach

In my work, I join research with an acute sense of perception, and the ability to be with someone in distress. These factors allow me to work creatively with you and your innate abilities to move your life forward, whether you are seeking short term help for an issue that happened recently or if you have a long-standing difficulty.

It can be healing to establish a trusting relationship with a therapist with whom you feel understood and at ease. I encourage prospective clients to also initially engage with other therapists in order to find their ideal match.

About Me

I'm a psychotherapist and counsellor who has trained to a high degree in the field. I specialise in adult issues. I enjoy providing a welcoming space where you can sit, breathe, and feel comfortable. I cannot guarantee that the process will always feel comfortable for you, because going deep within yourself can feel disquieting - but you will not be alone. Hopefully, by exploring different parts of yourself, will potentially make you feel more comfortable in your skin and therefore more likely to calibrate your relationships with others.
"Shame dies when stories are told in safe spaces." -Ann Voskamp

Do you feel like you don't belong? Do you sometimes feel like to be part of a group or a relationship you have to deny a part of yourself? Do you feel like you want to know why the same things keep happening to you?

I'm a bilingual therapist who takes interest in themes of otherness, meaning and intention.
I'm also keen on exploring the balance between personal identity whilst cultivating a sense of belonging.
I am fully insured, DBS checked and ICO certified.
