I work with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of issues, offering a warm and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences and what matters most to you. I am a qualified Family and Systemic Psychotherapist with experience in the NHS across adult and children’s services, as well as in addiction and school settings.
At the heart of my work is building an accepting and trusting relationship, creating a space where meaningful change and reflection can happen. I also integrate creative approaches where helpful.
I hold an MA in Consultative Supervision, and my PhD research explored the supervisory needs of therapists—insights that continue to guide my practice. My supervisory work includes supporting individuals, groups, and organisations.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
