I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist, supervisor and EMDR practitioner
My wide experience over 20 years of practice has given me the opportunity to work with a diverse range of people from different cultures, ethnicities, faiths, sexual orientation and from different professional and social backgrounds.
My collaborative work with people who come to therapy may enable and support them to explore feelings, make sense of thoughts and experiences including navigating significant life transitions such as career change, relationships, relocation, and the challenges of integration, adaptation and identity.
I work with a diverse range of people from different cultures, faiths, nationalities, ethnicities, LGBTQI and from different professional and educational backgrounds.
I specialise and have vast experience in working with people who experienced depression, anxiety, separation, bereavement, loss or trauma – in particular post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
