My Approach

I am a Core Process Psychotherapist practising from a shepherd's hut near Bath and also online. My approach is underpinned by mindfulness and a depth understanding of trauma and I embrace an eco-psychological framework that places relationship with the natural world at the centre of transformation and healing.

About Me

I am returning to practice after a career break to work under the umbrella of 'elemental therapy' - it has been a dream of mine to practice psychotherapeutically, outdoors. I practice from a Shepherds hut, situated off-grid in a re-wilding haven near the city of Bath.
