I mainly use a form of therapy called Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy. It is well-supported by clinical research and often produces powerful results. It is a recognised evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and a variety of self-defeating behaviours, which often originate from troubled early life attachments. It can also help to alleviate physical health problems which may have a psychological origin.
I am an experienced psychodynamic therapist now practicing exclusively online using the Zoom platform.I hold an MSt in Psychodynamic Practice from the University of Oxford and I am a qualified Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) practitioner accredited by the IEDTA.
I am also a trained Cruse Bereavement Counsellor.
