My Approach

Known as 'the philosophy of the obvious', Gestalt is a holistic psychotherapeutic approach which relies heavily on the exploration of our immediate experience.

About Me

I am a Gestalt Psychotherapeutic Counsellor registered with UKCP and GPTI. I follow their ethical code and supervision requirements.

I work relationally and with an emphasis on the existential tenets such as individual responsibility, personal freedom, and life meaning.

I trained at Edinburgh Gestalt Institute (EGI) and Gestalt Psychotherapy & Training Institute (GPTI), and had undertaken my Couples Therapy course at the Existential Academy in London. My professional qualification aligns with SCoPEd Framework Column B.

I offer a 20-minute phone call appointment free of charge to evaluate if we can book the initial therapeutic session.

Fees
Individuals: sliding scale from £75 - £95 for a 50 min session;
Couples / Pairs: £120 for a 60 min session;
Concessions for Key-workers, Students and Trainees at £70 per 50-min session (individual).
