About Me

I’m an experienced and dedicated psychotherapist who is passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges. Over the years I’ve worked with children, young people, adults, couples, families, and even staff teams, offering a safe and reflective space to explore difficulties and strengthen relationships.

At present, I work with specialist and mainstream education settings, supporting pupils and their families, alongside school staff and other professionals. Much of this work involves navigating challenges such as family relationships, communication, or the complexities of a neurodivergent diagnosis. My earlier experience includes working in child and adolescent mental health services, adult learning disability services, and forensic settings, which has given me a broad understanding of the different ways people can be impacted by mental health and life circumstances.
