I’m an experienced and dedicated psychotherapist who is passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges. Over the years I’ve worked with children, young people, adults, couples, families, and even staff teams, offering a safe and reflective space to explore difficulties and strengthen relationships.
At present, I work within a specialist education setting, supporting pupils and their families, alongside school staff and other professionals. Much of this work involves navigating challenges such as family relationships, communication, or the complexities of a neurodivergent diagnosis. My earlier experience includes working in child and adolescent mental health services, adult learning disability services, and forensic settings, which has given me a broad understanding of the different ways people can be impacted by mental health and life circumstances.
I welcome people from all ages and backgrounds, and I value creating a warm, collaborative relationship where you feel heard and understood. Whether you are looking for individual support, working through difficulties as a couple or family, or seeking a space for a team to reflect together, I offer an approach that is compassionate, flexible, and tailored to your needs.
