About Me

I have a special interest in working with health and wellbeing. I have over 28 years experience of working in the NHS, Social Care, Charity and private sector. My goal is to help and support you if you’re experiencing stress, distress, emotional pain or trauma or other issues in relationships, career, retirement, health etc. Having experienced numerous changes in my own life, I am able to relate more easily. I offer an approach that is tried and tested. My style, is open, warm, relaxed and non-judgemental. My goal is to help facilitate change and support you. Please do not hesitate to contact me for support.

My style of therapy, considers you as a whole person. I try to understand your physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual self, as well as your environment and the relationships around you. I aim to gain clarity on what might be causing your issues and to find solutions with you to address these. I don't just focus on you and the problem, but I am also looking at how your experiences might be affecting relationships around you, or vice-versa. I am unique in my approach as I blend my therapy, coaching, creative and intuitive skills. Therefore I draw on multiple techniques and skills to connect with and help clients.
