I am a group analyst/psychotherapist, using an extended vocabulary of materials in my practice. This has been informed by my 30 years of practicing as an art psychotherapist. I offer online individual psychoanalytic psychotherapy and opportunities for in person work.
I conduct individual and group supervision for practitioners, offer organisational consultancy within corporate, charity and government organisations. I conduct reflective practice groups for trainee and qualified arts/psychotherapists.
I am deeply interested and curious about how we can elaborate who we are. Our experiences of trauma, stress, loss, complex family, or work dynamics can diminish our capacity to be fully alive. I work to understand where things may have got stuck or trapped and find ways to give motion to emotions.
I also work in groups allowing for multiple mirrors, with opportunities to explore belonging and not belonging. A group helps us navigate relationships in a safe-enough space, enabling us to do that more confidently in the world out there and the world inside ourselves.
