As an integrative therapist, I draw from psychodynamic, relational, and existential perspectives. This means we may explore how earlier experiences continue to shape present patterns, while also focusing on what feels most pressing in your current life.
Therapy with me is not about being analysed or given quick fixes. It is about developing understanding, increasing emotional clarity, and building the capacity to relate to yourself and others differently.
Some clients come with a clear issue. Others come with a more general sense of dissatisfaction, anxiety, or stuckness. We work at a pace that feels manageable and purposeful.
Starting therapy can feel daunting. You may not know exactly what you need, only that something maybe isn’t working as it should.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist based in Edinburgh, offering a thoughtful and steady space to explore whatever feels difficult, confusing, or stuck. I work relationally and draw from different therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are, rather than fitting you into a single model.
I support adults navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, career transitions, developmental trauma, bereavement, isolation, and questions of identity and purpose.
Sessions are available in person in Leith (Edinburgh) or online.

I trained at the Metanoia Institute, completing an MSc and Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy with High Distinction.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked across several professional sectors, including mental health charities, education, and corporate environments. This allows me to understand both personal and professional pressures, particularly for those carrying responsibility in their work or relationships.
I am a registered member of the UKCP and BACP, work under regular clinical supervision, and adhere to both organisations’ ethical frameworks.
I aim to offer a space that is grounded, confidential, and collaborative — where difficult experiences can be explored safely and without judgement.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
