My integrative approach means I draw on different therapeutic models to tailor the work to your unique needs, helping you find new perspectives, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
I provide a safe and supportive space to explore challenges such as relationship difficulties, trauma, anxiety, depression, loss, identity issues, and life transitions. Whether you are seeking deeper self-understanding, support through a difficult period, or a shift in long-standing patterns, I work alongside you to foster resilience, growth, and meaningful change.
I believe therapy is not “one-size-fits-all.” By integrating different approaches, I tailor the work to suit you, helping to uncover new perspectives and possibilities, while honouring your individual journey.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist with nearly 20 years’ experience, working with individuals, couples, and groups. Over the years I have worked in the NHS, primary care and with Local authorities- in addiction and domestic abuse services. I work with clients experiencing a range of issues and experiences. Please contact me for help and support.
My background includes supporting people through trauma, abuse, adoption and fostering, as well as working with challenges such as anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I offer a warm and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and able to explore new ways forward in your life.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
