I hold an MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and a Diploma Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. In addition, I bring extensive professional and personal experience to my work. I have expertise in bereavement, supporting hundreds of clients facing significant loss, and an in-depth understanding of sexual assault trauma following my work as a specialist counsellor within the NHS. I also spent over a decade working in the creative industries, which has given me a deep understanding of the emotional impact of these careers.
Whatever your story, life can be challenging. You might be navigating tough decisions, confusing feelings or a rollercoaster of emotions related to themes of identity, relationships or career. You don't have to do this alone. Together, we can explore your experiences and feelings to make meaning, find patterns, and move towards growth and fulfilment.
I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, whatever that means to them, and look forward to helping you by working together creatively and relationally.
I aim to ensure you will feel safe and supported without judgment as I recognise that everyone’s life experiences are unique.
I am a psychotherapist passionate about working with individuals, couples and groups on themes including anxiety, sex and relationships, identity, neurodiversity, life transitions, and grief. I am dedicated to providing an inclusive, intersectional, GSRD-affirming, neuro-affirming, anti-racist therapeutic practice.
Whether you’re going through a major life change, reflecting on trauma from the past, or something just doesn’t feel quite right, I’m here to help you explore your inner world, understand your patterns of behaviour and together, we will work on you so that you feel seen, heard and understood.
Whatever you come to the space with, you will be met with an open mind and an open heart.
I work with individuals, couples and groups via Zoom across the UK and in-person in Central and South London. Sessions run for 50 minutes and cost £80 for individuals and £120 for couples.
I offer a complimentary 20-minute introductory session to see if we feel we can work together.
My work has been featured in the Evening Standard, Stylist, Red, Happiful, Metro, the i Paper, and Glamour. I am also included in the 2022 book, We All Know How This Ends, and the fourth edition of Step in to Study: Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
