My Approach

I aim to provide a safe for you to regularly attend to yourself. The therapeutic relationship sits at the heart of what I do. And what I do draws on various schools and modalities though my initial training was in transpersonal psychotherapy. With a long career in international business and commercial law I hope to bring into the work an eye on result oriented work as well as depth work necessary for self-discovery.
When appropriate I bring in a coaching approach for result oriented clients.

About Me

I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor. I came to human development after a career in senior international executive positions, as well as a period of practising commercial law. I am also a qualified executive coach.
