My Approach

In our work together, I aim to help you feel at ease so you can talk freely. I will invite you to express feelings, thoughts, memories, dreams, and we will work together to understand what it is that is troubling you. This will help you gain greater self-awareness and insight, enabling you to move forward. Depending on what you need, we can work short term on specific issues or longer-term in-depth psychotherapy. I work integratively, this means I combine what I feel are the best aspects of the different therapeutic approaches to working with you.

I offer walk and talk therapy in the beautiful location of the South Downs National Park, this option has proved popular with teenagers. I also offer coaching; this is about helping you achieve success and fulfilment in your personal or professional life. In your personal life it's about unlocking your potential. At work this will allow you to maximise your performance and achieve your goals.
