The integrative approach I employ in therapy takes the client’s needs as the basis for determining the right approach. I believe that the therapy should be tailor-made based on your needs and difficulties and that our therapeutic work can only be successful if the relationship between the therapist and the client is one of trust.
You may feel anxious or depressed or struggle to make sense of things.
You may be failing at work, feeling isolated and fearful.
A relationship may have broken down leaving you feeling out of control.
I hold a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and registred with HCPC as a Counselling Psychologist. I am also an accredited psychotherapist with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP. Id have worked in various clinical settings, including a GP surgery, a long-term counselling service, charity organisations, clinics and specialised working with women community services.

I have worked in the NHS, charity organisations and private practice. I have clinical experience with a wide range of issues, including difficulties arising because of physical or emotional abuse or trauma, bereavement, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, phobias, relationship issues, difficulties with anger, problems connected to infertility, eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia and overeating), and problems relating to obsessive behaviours or thinking.
I also work with people who are suffering from work-related stress, industrial injuries, bereavement, relationship concerns and other general counselling issues.
