I offer Gestalt psychotherapy, combining relational, embodied, and attachment-informed approaches. This is a collaborative process; you and I explore together how past experiences shape your present, how you relate to yourself and others, and what supports meaningful change.
Reaching out for the first time takes courage, especially when things feel heavy or unclear. If something here has resonated, I'd love to hear from you. I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation: a chance to talk, ask questions, and see if working together feels right.
Whatever brings you here, you don't need to have it figured out before we begin.
Hello, I'm Gina, a psychotherapist working in central London, in English, Spanish, and Italian.
People come to me for all sorts of reasons. Sometimes there's something specific: a relationship, a loss, a transition, anxiety or depression. Sometimes it's harder to name than that. Just a quiet sense that something isn't quite right, or that the same things keep happening no matter how hard you try.
In our work together, we slow down and pay attention to what is happening in the present, what the past is still asking, and what might be ready to shift. For those willing to go deeper, this kind of work can bring greater clarity, more agency in relationships, and a stronger connection to your own voice.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
