My approach is client led and I draw on Humanistic and Relational theory. I am trained in Transactional Analysis and Trauma techniques such as EMDR and Brainspotting

About Me

It is my professional and personal belief that within each of us there is an autonomous being who has been crushed and modified by the experiences of life. A therapeutic relationship is the vehicle through which we can reconnect with that part of ourselves. I draw on Integrative and Humanistic theories. I firmly belief that as the client you choose the direction of the therapy.
