Gestalt Therapy
I am a Gestalt Psychotherapist fully trained in Ukraine, my country of origin. I am a
member of GPTI and UKCP as well.
I pride myself in creating a safe, trusted environment with each client, and commit wholly
to the unique therapeutic process that each individual requires. Over a 14 years career I
have specialised in Gestalt Therapy techniques, Trauma-Focused Therapy techniques ,
Art Therapy techniques and multiple therapeutic interventions. In Spring 2026, I completed the Foundation in RSH (Relational Somatic Healing, USA). This modality focuses on healing relational and developmental trauma through body awareness and therapeutic relationship in the here and now. I find it deeply inspiring and valuable in my clinical work, as it supports healing of early attachment wounds and developmental trauma rooted in childhood relationships with caregivers. I have experienced its transformative impact both personally and professionally, and it continues to profoundly deepen my therapeutic work with clients.
I work mostly with individuals and couples from various cultural backgrounds. I am
experienced working with a wide range of clients including victims of domestic violence,
sexual abuse, and those affected by bereavement, loss, trauma or change, and always
take a sensitive and empathetic approach. I have successfully worked with people
presenting anxiety disorder, panic disorder, relational difficulties, low self-esteem,
emotional difficulties, history of trauma and attachment issues, feeling of isolation,
divorce, loneliness, questions relating to raising children and adolescents, phobias.
Having a background in track and field, I now enjoy fitness dancing, yoga, barre, as well as skiing
and traveling. These activities keep me inspired and also support my work as a psychotherapist,
along with meditation and mindfulness. Recently, I have become interested in exploring acting and trying something completely new. It was never a lifelong dream, but I enjoy following my curiosity and seeing where it leads.
After moving countries, rebuilding my career, and learning a new language, I still value being curious, adventurous, and open to new experiences. That spirit of exploration continues to inspire me.
I am sensitive to diversity issues and I respect differences. I offer therapy in English as well
as Ukrainian, Russian
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
