My Approach

I believe healing happens through connection, within a real, human relationship rather than a formula. I draw on relational psychoanalysis, attachment theory, and contemporary neuroscience but wear this knowledge lightly.
Together we'll explore the patterns that quietly shape your life: how you relate to yourself, to others, to the wider world, and to me in the room. Working at a pace that respects your defences and your own wisdom, we'll move towards a greater sense of connectedness, authenticity and wholeness.

About Me

Sometimes what brings people to therapy is hard to name... a sense of being out of step with yourself, the people around you, or the life you're living. Many of the people I work with have been holding everything together for a long time, or have tried therapy before and found it didn't quite fit.
I'm an integrative psychotherapist working with adults in Clapham Junction/Battersea and online. I trained at the Metanoia Institute (MSc and Postgraduate Clinical Diploma) and have over 6 years' clinical experience across NHS, charitable, and private practice settings.
My own path trough mental health difficulties, addiction and loss has given me a deep respect for the courage it takes to begin.
