I’m an integrative psychotherapist which means I work using theories from several fields of psychotherapy including psychodynamic, person-centred and gestalt theories. I hold the importance of the past and how it impacts our present, working with you to support understanding of your self and your emotions, to develop acceptance and make changes.
You may be struggling with a specific problem or experiencing feelings day-to-day that you want to explore in a safe and supportive setting. It can be difficult to reach out for support, but I'd encourage you to make time for yourself and your wellbeing. If you feel we could work together, then do get in touch so we can explore this further.
I’m a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist offering therapy to adults on a short-term or a long-term basis. I am committed to the values of equality and diversity and I welcome clients from a range of backgrounds and identities. I work with clients who come for a variety of reasons, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem or self confidence, or experiencing a general feeling of sadness.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
