I see people who are anxious, depressed, grieving, or struggling with stress related issues either in their personal or work life. We often arrive at a stage in our lives where we question things we may have accepted or ignored in the past, but now feel ready to deal with them. Therapy would be a place to explore this. Additionally, I specialise in working with people who have gone through a traumatic experiences and need to make sense of what they are feeling.
