I focus therapy on the integration of cognitive and relational frameworks. My practice is grounded in the belief that therapy is a collaborative space to explore both where you've come from and where you want to go.

I am a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapist with several years of experience across different mental health services. In addition, I'm nearing the end of my doctoral training as a Counselling Psychologist (pending viva).
