My Approach

I believe that real change begins when we make space not only for the parts of ourselves we readily accept, but also for the parts we have learned to hide. The vulnerable part, the frightened part, the hopeful part, and the part that still longs to be understood.

People often come to therapy because they find themselves repeating the same patterns in relationships, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with self-doubt, carrying the impact of past experiences, or sensing that something in life no longer feels aligned. Couples may find themselves caught in recurring conflict, distance, or misunderstandings that neither partner fully understands.

My approach is relational, warm, and collaborative. Together, we explore the patterns, experiences and relationships that have shaped how you relate to yourself and others. Many of the ways we learn to cope develop for good reasons and may once have helped us survive difficult experiences. Over time, however, those same patterns can become restrictive.

I work integratively, drawing on psychodynamic, attachment-based, existential, gestalt, humanistic and body-oriented approaches, adapting the work to the individual or couple rather than applying a single model.

I am a warm therapist, but also a direct one. Alongside empathy and support, I will gently challenge where challenge feels helpful. I believe meaningful change comes not from being managed or fixed, but from being fully met.

About Me

I am a UKCP Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist working with individuals and couples in Hadley Wood, North London, and online.

I came to this work after my own long relationship with therapy. I believe we cannot ask clients to search for truths within themselves if we are not willing to do the same. My own therapeutic journey has shaped the way I work and allows me to sit alongside people in the parts of life that feel most complex, painful, or difficult to reach alone.

I hold an MA and Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Minster Centre, accredited by Middlesex University. I am also a registered member of the BACP and work in accordance with the ethical frameworks of both organisations.

Alongside psychotherapy, I offer EMDR therapy for trauma and distressing experiences that continue to affect the present long after they have passed.
