My therapeutic approach is pluralistic and integrative, drawing from depth psychology, neuroscience, attachment theory, experiential action methods, and systemic thinking. I believe that healing and transformation emerge through creativity, connection, and the integration of fragmented parts of the self.
I aim to offer a sex-positive, GSRD-affirming, ADHD-affirming, and trauma-informed space where clients can explore identity, intimacy, desire, and boundaries with curiosity and compassion. Whether through action methods, dialogue, or symbolic exploration, I support clients in reconnecting with authenticity, resilience, and a deeper sense of meaning in their lives.
I am a Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapist, Psychodrama Psychotherapist and Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist practising from a pluralistic framework. My background includes training in psychodrama psychotherapy, EMDR, somatic approaches, psychosexual and relationship therapy, and Jungian coaching.
I am currently training in Family Systemic Therapy and serve as an Apprentice Senior Psychodrama Trainer. I work with individuals, couples, families, groups, and polyamorous relationships, offering a space that is inclusive, collaborative, and affirming.
My previous roles include Clinical Director at a leading eating disorders clinic and Clinical Manager at a women’s low-cost counselling service, experiences that have deepened my understanding of complex trauma, embodiment, and relational systems.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
