I offer a collaborative, empathic and trauma-informed space to explore how relationships, life events, and cultural contexts shape well-being. Drawing on my training - as well as lived experience - I support clients in recognising strengths, navigating challenges, and reconnecting with their authentic selves.
I create an inclusive space where people from all backgrounds feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether working with intergenerational trauma, sibling dynamics, parent-child relationships, life transition, or communication breakdown, I support individuals, couples and families reconnect and grow through meaningful dialogue and systemic insight.
Sessions are tailored to meet your needs. I may use tools like genograms, timelines, reflective and scaling questioning and mindfulness to deepen understanding and foster meaningful change.
I offer a flexible and accessible service in person or online.
I am a qualified and accredited Family and Systemic Psychotherapist with over 18 years’ experience working with families, couples, children, adolescents, and groups across the NHS, Local Authorities, Youth Justice, and voluntary sectors.
As a Jamaican-born woman, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience - as a wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, carer, and friend - to my work with individuals, couples and families supporting them through relational and emotional challenges.
I offer an initial free on line consultation of 15 minutes so we can discuss your needs and we can both decide if we wish to work together.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
