I work from an embodied perspective, integrating movement, body awareness, somatic experiencing, art and talking therapy. Our bodies often hold experiences that can be difficult to express in words alone. By paying attention to physical sensations, emotions, movement, and patterns of relating, therapy can deepen awareness and create opportunities for lasting change.
Together we may explore the relationship between your thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and life experiences. This process can help you better understand yourself, strengthen your connection with your body, and develop new ways of responding to life's challenges.
I am an embodied trauma-informed dance movement psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and experienced researcher. I trained in Dance Movement Psychotherapy in the UK and in Psychology and Integrative Hypnotherapy in Hungary, bringing together an integrative relational approach that combines body and mind and goes beyond. For over ten years, I have supported individuals through periods of change, emotional distress, trauma, loss, and personal growth. I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental therapeutic space where we can explore your experiences safely and at your own pace.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
