My style is compassionate, heart-based, and trauma-informed, and my approach is integrative and transpersonal.
Integrative means I draw on a wide range of therapeutic traditions for my work, including for example, psychodynamic, humanistic/person-centred, existential and Jungian.
Transpersonal, meaning ‘beyond the person’, involves working with the whole person in the context of their wider life journey and deeper sense of soul’s purpose.
In addition to talking therapy, I incorporate techniques that include somatic/body-based work, mindfulness, gestalt, Internal Family Systems and working with dreams, imagery and symbolism.
My work honours both the psychological and the spiritual dimensions of human experience, supporting you to connect more deeply with your inner resources and a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in your life.
