Awareness is the key to change and healing. Together, we slow down enough to deepen awareness of your body, feelings and states of mind. We work at your pace, exploring how it is to be you.
An on-going weekly commitment to therapy will give you an opportunity to be heard, witnessed and deeply supported as we explore feelings and experiences that have seemed unfamiliar or unbearable. It enables us to gain insight into underlying beliefs, defences and past experiences which shape how you experience yourself and your relationships.
We also focus on what is thriving and on how you can experience more of who you really are, and support the development of new and fulfilling ways of living and expressing yourself.

I am a Senior Core Process Psychotherapist with over 23 years experience in private practice. I have over 35 years experience of practicing various body oriented approaches to therapy and I have a particular interest in the somatic impact of trauma.
I was a student of the Ridhwan School for 15 yrs and am committed to my own healing through therapy, movement practice, creativity, a sense of humour and my life in the countryside.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
