It can be difficult to know what to do when you feel stuck – but talking honestly about what’s happening for you and how you really feel about it is a good place to start. Therapy with me is a process of hopeful exploration. Through building a shared understanding of your world, I aim to help you connect with who you really are and what matters most in your life. Shedding light on your relationships with yourself and others – both in the past and the present – can make it possible to move through stuckness and change patterns of behaviour that no longer serve you.
My approach emerges from existential-phenomenological philosophy, with a relational focus. I also draw on integrative and trans-personal perspectives.
I am happy to schedule a free initial phone consultation (usually around 20 minutes). Some low cost spaces are available.
I'm an existential psychotherapist, with a background in book publishing. I have been seeing individual clients for over 8 years, and supervising since 2022. I am a visiting lecturer in psychotherapy at Regent’s University, and supervise groups of trainee psychotherapists at The Claremont Project. I am also a qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner.
