Therapy can help us to become aware of recurring patterns and behaviours that are no longer supporting us. Becoming aware of these gives us the opportunity to choose alternative paths. I believe therapy can help us to understand ourselves, why we are the way we are and help us to become who we want to be.

My name is Ellie and I am a qualified psychotherapist.
I work with individuals, couples and groups both online and in-person from my home in Milford, Surrey. I work with those who are facing difficulties with relationships and complicated family dynamics or suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating and bereavement.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
