My Approach

Qualifications:
Ellen is a registered Family and Systemic Psychotherapist and Trauma therapist, with qualifications in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT), Trauma Resolution Energy Therapy (TRET) and Eco-Psychotherapy (currently in advanced training).

Ellen is professionally registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

About Me

Ellen is a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist, Trauma therapist and Eco-psychotherapist in advanced training, with over 19 years’ experience working across NHS, community and private settings.

She works online with individuals, couples and families, supporting people to make sense of their experiences, resolve difficulties and strengthen relationships.

Ellen is a highly skilled, compassionate and creative therapist, with a particular interest in relational trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional distress and mental health. She works collaboratively and supportively with clients to help resolve their difficulties and find ways of moving forward.
