I offer a warm, safe and confidential space where you can explore what is happening in your life at your own pace. My approach is Transpersonal and Integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic perspectives and recognise the connection between mind, body and soul. My approach is collaborative and flexible. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and together we will work towards the goals that matter to you in a safe, supportive space. Trust, reliability, and honesty are at the heart of my work, and as a UKCP-registered psychotherapist, I adhere to the UKCP Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
I am a qualified Transpersonal Integrative psychotherapist with over six years of experience working with clients of different ages and diverse cultural backgrounds. Having come to psychotherapy following a career in education, specialising in learning differences, I bring a wealth of professional and life experience to my work. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore your experiences and move towards greater wellbeing. I have experience working with both long-term and short-term clients, face-to-face as well as online. I have a particular interest in working with anxiety, low self-esteem, lack of meaning, aging, childhood trauma, relationships and family breakdown, neurodiversity, boarding school experiences, bereavement and other forms of loss.
