My Approach

Psychosynthesis is a psychospiritual therapy, that considers the whole of your being. I use an integrative, person-centred approach - which means that our sessions are individually tailored to and led by what is is you need.

Techniques include:

- parts and internal systems
- inner child work
- transpersonal therapy
- somatic tracking
- visualisations
- intuitive imagination
- habits and mindsets

My sessions are 60 minutes and are £60.

Hi! I'm Elizabeth, and I am a Psychosynthesis Psychotherapeutic Counsellor.

I understand that life can be really tough at times, and the feelings and behaviours that result from these challenges can be difficult to navigate.

- Perhaps you suffer from depression and/or anxiety
- Maybe you are having issues within your relationship or family
- Work or midlife crises can start to take their toll
- And poor health and burnout can result

I provide a safe and accepting space where the whole of you is welcome.
