My Approach

** Currently accepting new clients**

When it comes to my therapeutic approach, I work integratively. In simple terms, this means I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Every person who comes into my room is unique, so rather than fitting you into a rigid box, I draw on a variety of practical tools and ideas to support your specific needs.

What works for one person might not align with your personal goals, background, or where you are in life right now. That’s why our work is entirely collaborative—together, we’ll explore what feels right for you and adapt as we go.

In our initial session, there is no pressure to dive straight into the hard stuff. It’s simply a chance for us to get to know each other, explore what brought you here, and see if we feel like a good fit.

From there, we will always move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you. I offer short-term support to focus on a specific issue, as well as open-ended therapy to explore deeper patterns over time. The duration simply depends on your individual goals, and we will review our progress as we go.

When working with younger children (6+), I adapt sessions to be more creative and play-based, offering age-appropriate ways to express feelings they might not yet have the words for. Above all, my practice provides a secure, non-judgmental space where you or your child can step back, speak freely, feel heard, and take things one step at a time.

I work across a wide range of life experiences and concerns, though the list below highlights a few of my special interests:

About Me

Holding space for people as they navigate life’s challenges is a true privilege, and it’s a role I genuinely love.

I hold a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy and have worked as a therapist for the past ten years across both the NHS and private practice. Over the last decade, I’ve had the opportunity to work with people at almost every stage of life, from children as young as six to adults in their eighties.

My main priority is simple: to offer a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where you can step back, be vulnerable without judgment, and feel genuinely supported as we work through things together.
