I offer a strength-based & trauma-informed compassionate approach.
I will work collaboratively with individuals, couples and adult family groups.
I aim to build a safe therapeutic space together to enable us to explore your concerns & dilemmas together.
I also can work outdoors in nature if this is a preference.

About Me

I am a Systemic Family & Couple Therapist currently working part-time in the NHS within an adult mental health service offering therapy intervention to individuals, couples and families, as well as groupwork and supporting family members, carers & friends.
I bring my life experience and my clinical experience to our therapeutic relationships.
I have previously worked as an Occupational Therapist for over 30 years in addition to 6 years of clinical experience as a Systemic & Family Psychotherapist.
I have a small independent practice.
