Therapy with me is a space to slow down and make sense of your experiences, particularly when life feels uncertain or overwhelming. You do not need to know exactly what is wrong or what you want to change; we can begin wherever you are.
Together, we explore your feelings, relationships and patterns with curiosity and without judgement, considering how earlier experiences may shape your present. My existential approach also invites reflection on what matters to you, the choices available to you and how you wish to live.
We work at a pace that respects your needs, creating space to explore difficult emotions without rushing change. My aim is to help you understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with your own resources and find a way forward that feels more authentic and meaningful.
I’m Eliana, a UKCP-registered Existential Psychotherapist based in London, offering therapy in English and Spanish. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties and life transitions, as well as the emotional impact of serious or long-term illness, including cancer. My approach draws on existential and psychodynamic perspectives, exploring how past experiences and relationships shape the present. Together, we explore questions of identity, meaning and direction, helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and find a way forward that feels authentic and meaningful.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
