About Me

I am an experienced, professionally qualified, and registered psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor. I offer individual one-to-one therapy with adults and work in full-time private practice in Southwark, where I offer a confidential, secure, and non-judgemental environment where exploration and understanding of your difficulties and concerns can take place.
The initial consultation is usually charged at £75 and is payable on the day of your initial consultation.
Weekly sessions are 50 minutes in duration. My fees start at £75. I offer a sliding scale and the fee depends on the factors such as time of day, the frequency of the sessions, and individual circumstances.
I charge for missed sessions and holidays, but not when I am away. This is standard practice amongst psychotherapists.
I am an approved practitioner for AXA PPP, Aviva, and Vitality Health private health insurance.
