My work is grounded in relational Transactional Analysis (TA), which means I place the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the process. I believe therapy is most effective when it’s collaborative, honest, and emotionally attuned. I pay close attention to what unfolds between us, including the subtle dynamics and unspoken patterns that may reflect wider relational experiences in your life. I bring warmth, clarity, and curiosity to our work, offering a space for not just insight and understanding — but for meaningful, lasting change.
I’m a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and clinical supervisor based in Bushey, Hertfordshire, offering both online and in-person sessions. I provide a reflective, compassionate space where clients can explore what’s going on in their lives — whether that’s a specific issue, a life transition, or a more general sense of being stuck or disconnected. I work with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and have particular experience supporting clients around identity, sexuality, grief, and the long echoes of early relational experiences.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
