Existential therapy
I am an experienced psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and lecturer with a deep interest in the connection between philosophy and emotional well-being. My approach is rooted in existential and phenomenological psychotherapy, which explores how we make sense of life, relate to others, and navigate the challenges of being human.
I work with individuals from all walks of life who may be facing issues such as anxiety, identity concerns, loss of meaning, relationship difficulties, life transitions, life altering illness, migration, or grief. My aim is to offer a safe, thoughtful, and respectful space where you can explore your concerns openly—at your own pace and in your own terms.
Over the years, I have explored many holistic approaches to support emotional, physical, and spiritual balance. What continues to inspire me about existential therapy is how it invites us into honest dialogue about our values, choices, limitations, and possibilities. I see therapy not only as a space for healing, but also as an opportunity to gain deeper self-understanding and to live with more authenticity and intention.
Alongside my clinical practice, I teach and supervise at the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling (NSPC) in London, where I lead the Doctorate in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling. I bring this depth of academic and clinical experience into my work with clients, always adapting to your unique needs and personal story.
I work in English, French, and Hebrew, and I welcome clients from diverse cultural, religious, and personal backgrounds.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
