Hello and welcome!
I am a qualified Systemic Psychotherapist and Family & Couple Psychotherapist, accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the Association of Family and Systemic Psychotherapy (AFSP), with over 20 years’ experience working in the NHS (London and Cornwall) and in private practice.
I offer therapeutic support to adults, couples, parents, children and families experiencing relationship difficulties, communication problems, emotional distress or life transitions.
My approach is warm, collaborative and focused. I aim to create a safe, respectful and confidential space where people feel able to talk openly, explore challenges and find new ways forward. My practice is inclusive, culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirming and neuro-affirmative.
